Randa Podbury BEd
Director CEO
I have dedicated over 20 years teaching in Schools for Specific Purposes (SSPs) provide specialist and intensive support in a dedicated setting for students with moderate to high learning and support needs. My expertise and passion within this setting is high support teenage and adolescent students with extreme transitioning to independent adult life.
Constellation Care Sydney has enabled me to expand and develop a team of support workers to continue my passion of supporting those in need.
Iman Najjarine Podbury B.Sc (Psych)
Team Leader
Iman recently completed her Bachelor of Psychology and during her years of study worked as a School Learning Support Officer for students with high learning and support needs. Iman has combined this knowledge and experience to joining Constellation Care Sydney. Iman's community roles include Australia's delegate to the International Congress of Youth Voices, member of the Multicultural Youth Advocacy Network (MYAN), a valuable part of the leadership group at Constellation Care.
